Microfibre is a synthetic fabric made of very fine fibres. It feels close to silk, so we call it silk-effect microfibre: smooth, gliding on the skin and very light. It is not real silk, but it is easier to wash and dries quickly.
When to choose microfibre
It suits men who sweat a lot, travellers who hand-wash in the hotel, and anyone who wants a boxer that does not show under light trousers. Many styles are also seamless, with raw-cut edges.
For the gym and running there are long-leg versions that limit chafing; you will find them with our other sports boxers.
Fabric care
Wash at 30 °C, without fabric softener and away from direct heat: microfibre keeps its stretch for longer. It dries in a few hours even indoors.
