Which size should I choose?
For this style the chart gives the waist of the garment, meaning the waistband laid flat and unstretched, not your body: M 72 cm, L 76 cm, XL 80 cm. The fabric is stretchy and gives when you wear it. As a guide there is also an indicative height:
- M: 170–178 cm;
- L: 175–183 cm;

Height alone isn't enough, though, because two men of the same height can have very different hips. The best method is to compare the chart with underwear that already fits you, measured flat. How to wash it
Machine wash at 30 °C with similar colours, so the black stays black and the print doesn't fade. No bleach. Line dry, preferably not in the tumble dryer, and do not iron the waistband.
