Satin: what it is (and what it isn't)
Satin is a weave that makes fabric smooth and glossy: that is why it slides to the touch and shines in the light. It is not silk: it is a glossy fabric that is easier to wash and look after.
The boxer is loose, with a gathered elastic waist and a button fly: it doesn't squeeze the thigh and is comfortable for sleeping or lounging at home.
Which size should I choose?
This style comes in sizes S to 2XL. The size guide gives an indicative waist, height and weight for each letter: the manufacturer doesn't provide a chart in centimetres, so we use standard European values.
The safest method is your waist: measure where the waistband sits, with the tape flat and not pulled tight. If you don't have a tape, enter your height and weight in the «Find your size in 10 seconds» tool.
If you are between two sizes, take the larger one. With loose boxers the waist is what matters most: the elastic should hold without squeezing.
How to wash them
Wash the boxers at 30 °C, by hand or on a delicate machine cycle, with no bleach. Line dry away from radiators and direct sun: synthetic fabric dries quickly and heat damages the elastic. Always follow the inside label.
