Men's printed modal boxer briefs: the prints in the pack
You get 5 or 10 boxer briefs, all in the same size. There are four prints: navy blue print leaves, blue pattern roses, grey pattern and lilac pattern. You can take them on their own («5x lilac pattern», «10x blue pattern roses»…) or in the mix, where the navy blue leaves count double:
- «2x navy blue leaves + 1x blue roses + 1x grey + 1x lilac»: 5 pieces, two with leaves and one of each other print;
- «4x navy blue leaves + 2x blue roses + 2x grey + 2x lilac»: 10 pieces, four with leaves and two of each other print.
The mix is the best way to get all four prints in one go, and it's also the pack best suited to giving as a present: whoever opens it gets the variety straight away, without you having to guess their favourite print.
Which size: M and L only
This style is made in two sizes. The indicative waist is 80–88 cm for M and 88–96 cm for L; for L the reference height is 175–183 cm. Take your waist measurement at the point where the elastic will rest, with the tape snug but not tight. If you're exactly 88 cm, take the L. Below 80 or above 96 cm this style isn't for you: you'll find other cuts and sizes among all men's boxers. The size on the pack sticker is what counts.
Modal or cotton?
Modal is made from wood cellulose: compared with cotton it's smoother and silkier to the touch, cooler against the skin, and tends to stay soft over time. Cotton feels drier and is sturdier. Under trousers, modal glides better and bunches less; in summer you notice the cool feel. If you prefer the classic feel of cotton, see men's cotton boxers.
How to wash them
Put them in the machine at 30 °C with similar colours: the lighter prints (grey and lilac) together, the blue ones apart. No bleach, which fades prints. Air dry, preferably not in the tumble dryer, and no iron on the waistband. With this care the prints stay bright and the modal keeps its softness.
