How do I choose my size?
Every product page has a size guide and a "find your size" tool where you enter your height and weight.
How should I wash it?
Shoes should never go in the washing machine: clean them with a soft brush or a slightly damp cloth, and for suede use a suede brush and a protective spray. Let them dry naturally, away from heat, and follow the care information that comes with the product.
How long will delivery take?
Orders ship within 24-48 hours, and delivery usually takes 5-7 days.
Can I return them?
Yes. You can return them within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are unused. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
