Men's silky microfibre pouch briefs: which size to choose
With an anatomical pouch, the right size matters more than usual: too small and it presses at the front, too big and it doesn't support. The guide gives body waist and weight:
- S: waist 66–72 cm, 55–65 kg;
- M: 72–78 cm, 70–75 kg;
- L: 78–84 cm, 75–85 kg;
- XL: 84–90 cm, 85–95 kg;
- 2XL: 90–96 cm, 95–105 kg.
Between 65 and 70 kg the manufacturer's chart doesn't give a size: in that case, let your waist decide. Height runs from 165 to 195 cm for almost every size, so it doesn't help much here. If you're between two sizes, take the larger one. The sticker on the pack is what counts.
What you get in the pack
5 or 10 briefs in the same size. There are eight single colours: white, black, light blue, military green, coral, navy blue, apricot yellow and fuchsia pink.
The mix «1x white + 1x black + 1x light blue + 1x military green + 1x coral» is one of each in the 5-pack; with «2x» per colour it becomes the 10-pack. Navy blue, apricot yellow and fuchsia pink are only available as single colours.
Pouch brief or classic brief: what changes
A classic brief has a flat front: it compresses, and when you move a lot it tends to shift. A pouch brief has a shaped front that gives room and holds steady at the same time. You notice the difference most:
- when you stand or walk for hours;
- when you sit for a long time, in the car or on the train;
- in slim trousers, where a flat front squashes.

How to wash them
By hand or in the machine at 30 °C, inside a laundry bag, so the pouch keeps its shape. No bleach or fabric softener. Line dry away from radiators and other heat, and don't iron: microfibre doesn't need it.
